  3. The Terms and LUNC METRICS Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and LUNC METRICS

Who is eligible

  1. To access or use the Service, you must be at least of legal age in your respective jurisdiction. The Service is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use

What we License to you

Indemnification

Third Party Websites

  1. For your convenience, the Service and the Content contains links to 3rd party websites, products, applications and tools. Use these at your own risk. We do not monitor them or have any control over them.
  2. Our terms do not govern third parties. See their terms and polices for usage rights. Links do not constitute endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.
  3. You agree that LUNC METRICS is not liable or responsible, under any circumstance, for any interactions, transactions, communications, harm, losses or damages you may have with 3rd parties.

Modification of the Service

  1. LUNC METRICS may alter, modify, suspend or discontinue the Service and/or any Content without prior notice, for any reason and at any time. LUNC Metrics has no liability to you for these changes

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms, along with any and all disputes, claims or other legal proceedings, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with U.S. federal law, and with the laws of Texas. You agree any and all litigation will be proceeded in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction, located in Texas. You irrevocably submit and waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue
  2. You acknowledge that any breach of either of the sections above titled "Prohibited Activities" or "Ownership and Intellectual Property" would cause immediate and irreparable harm to LUNC METRICS, for which monetary damages would not be sufficient, and that, in addition to all other remedies available to LUNC METRICS at law or in equity, LUNC METRICS shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief without proof of damages or the posting of bond or other security in the event of such a breach or threatened breach.

Enforcement

  1. We reserve the right to investigate any violations of the Terms and enforce our rights to seek remedies
  2. Remedies are cumulative and in addition to any other remedies available

Changes to these Terms

  1. LUNC METRICS is free to revise the Terms from time to time and without prior notice. Upon our revision and posting of the updated Terms, you are bound to them

I could really use it!

Like many, I lost big during the Terra collapse. I didn't panic sell when UST de-pegged, and consequently lost a huge portion of my savings. It was a hard lesson to learn.
