The community pool holds LUNC and USTC controlled by on-chain governance. Funds enter through distribution community tax and can leave when governance proposals spend them.
Community pool balances are also used when estimating circulating supply on the LUNC Supply.
Balances change as tax revenue accrues and as governance spending executes. Historical charts above use daily snapshots of the community pool.
